Hey all, I’m working on a web app and I’m starting to realize how important user feedback is, especially stuff that comes from people who aren’t already familiar with the project. I’ve been thinking about hiring a usability testing company to help identify what’s actually working and what’s not, but I’ve never done it before and don’t really know where to start.

I came across this site: https://www.testing4success.com/ and it looks pretty solid. Has anyone used them or a similar service? I’m curious what to expect in terms of pricing, quality of feedback, and whether it actually made a difference for your product. Would love to hear your stories or any recommendations. I’d rather spend a bit more now and get it right than launch something clunky that people bounce off of immediately.
