Hey everyone, I’m hoping someone here can relate or at least point me in the right direction. For the past few weeks, I’ve been getting nonstop calls from a company called Performant Recovery. They’ve been leaving voicemails, calling from different numbers, and even started sending letters. I get that they’re a debt collector, but the way they’re going about it feels really aggressive and borderline harassment.

I’ve been trying to understand my rights and what I can actually do about this. I stumbled across this helpful page that explains more about Performant Recovery debt collection harassment and what steps to take if you're being harassed.

Has anyone else here had to deal with this company? Were you able to make them stop? Any advice on how to get them to back off would be hugely appreciated. Let's share what we've learned so others know they're not alone in this.
