Hi everyone! Does anyone have morning anxiety? I have it almost every day. I wake up before alarm, my head is full of thoughts: work, kids, bills, everything at once. My body is already tense, although the day is just beginning. Sometimes I even feel it physically - heaviness in my chest, clenched shoulders. I drink coffee, but it doesn't get any easier. Sometimes breathing or stretching helps, but I don't always have the strength even for this. I really want to develop a habit of somehow stabilizing myself in the morning, without unnecessary fuss. What do you do to get yourself in order at such moments?

Hi! I had exactly the same thing. The morning would start with anxiety, and then I would just feel exhausted all day. One app saved me, look at the  liven app reviews . It really helps to structure the day and understand yourself. There they take a survey from the very beginning to understand your state. Then they offer short but useful courses - they explain where anxiety comes from and how to deal with it. The "Routine Builder" was especially helpful - breaking it down into blocks, like "take care of yourself", "household chores", "dopamine menu", etc. In the morning, I just open the app, look at what to do, and follow the steps.

Oh, thanks for sharing! I have a similar story - anxiety comes before I even realize that I'm awake. My whole body is tense, even my breathing is shallow. I used to just try to "endure it", but it's exhausting. Now I've started to notice that it gets better if I have a clear plan for the morning.
